Here are what some short-term missionaries have said about their trips…The first thing I noticed was how friendly they were: Ghanaian people have BIG smiles! The Ghanaian people have blessed me with much love, and a greater understanding of how big the Lord is. I realize like never before that, no matter where we are placed in the body of Christ, we are all one and are all important. He has chosen all of us for a purpose, and when we allow Him to work through us, it is powerful and a mighty wonder. I love Ghana, I love the Ghana people, I’ve been blessed greatly to have had this opportunity. The openness of willing hearts is a great treasure I will never forget. Ghana is an amazing place. The country is so beautiful, with villages dotting the landscape, and the ocean within view at almost all times. But the people are what really contribute to this nation’s beauty. Their giving hearts, so accepting of our team and so open to the Lord…God is doing amazing things in this country! My visit to Ghana has exceeded any expectations that I could have possibly had. The people of Ghana are by far the friendliest and most unselfish people I have ever met. They are a very humble people with hearts wide open to God and His miracle working power. I thank God for this wonderful opportunity to travel to Ghana and to share His good news. |
